Chapter 726 National Action Activities

SCORE North Cook and Lake Counties has been sharing blogs and resources with partners and clients in the community. Thanks to mentors Larry Bruck and Alan Sipes for building such collaboration. 

Attached is a flyer the manager of a 25North coworking facility in Arlington Heights, IL asked Mentor Larry Bruck to provide. The local manager had talked about our chapter's SCORE presence at her facility which allows us to carry out in person mentoring (when we can). She'd talked to her corporate group and they were interested in having SCORE information available at their other facilities. They have one other facility in Illinois and our Fox Valley Chapter is already working with the Geneva, IL location. They additionally have two facilities in Texas, two in Alexandria, VA, and work in partnership with a number of other coworking facilities across the country. Mentor Alan Sipes' worked with the Editor of Professional Distributor Magazine to give SCORE a national reach into the automotive distributor and tool community. Alan already serves as a guest writer for the magazine, and suggested that SCORE had much to offer their audience of mobile and warehouse tool vendors, as well as the clients of those vendors, automotive repair, restoration and dealership activities, as well as other related industry outlets.
