Resolution:
We were able to restore the registration connection with Zoom . All new registrants as 3pm EST were added to their Zoom webinars and received a confirmation email with the join URL.
We updated the records for everyone registered to a future Zoom webinar from 4/13 unless the event was set to completed or canceled.

Description of Issue:
We are experiencing a Zoom registration outage due to a Salesforce system outage on 4/13/2022.
Registrant records are created in Engage but are not sent to Zoom webinars, and they are unable to receive their webinar join URL.
Impact on today's events:
Any same-day registrations from 4/13 and today were not added to Zoom, which will impact your update attendance status step when completing an event update. The same-day record status will still be set to "Registered." When you update the event attendance, please update the remaining registrants manually to no show or attended.
Impact on future events:
If you have any webinar events scheduled for tomorrow and Friday, please make sure you email the webinar Join URL to all of your registrants using the event Constant Contact email list.
Anyone who registered before 4/13/2022 will receive an email reminder with their join URL from Engage and Zoom.
The Engage team is working with our developers to resolve this integration issue.
Once resolved, we will try to resync all the missed registrants for all future events.
We apologize for any inconvenience and will update you again as soon as we have a resolution.
