Client Thank You and Testimonial shared for SCORE Pasco-Hernando (#439)
Mentor: Dean Chung
Client: LMV Staffing, New Port Richey, FL
To the members, mentors, and affiliates of SCORE,
As individuals, Marian, and Luciano, both owners at LMV Staffing and both striving to build up a
base network at the company we started 2 years ago. Since accepting Dean as our Mentor and putting
faith in the SCORE team initiative and mission, we have found new ways to address the problems of
yesterday. We owe much appreciation for this great achievement to our mentor, Mr. Dean Chung for
helping us strategize, adapt, and overcome our obstacles.
We have been using the tools taught to us by our mentor in everyday business operations and I
am glad to say our numbers came in much better than we projected with our “Sales Funnel.” When we
started the new sales approach this past week, it led to a lot of good market research and feedback. Out
of 30 calls; we had 6 answers, 4 said yes to using recruiters previously, 2 said yes to more information
and ultimately led to one possible negotiation of placement fee and is still in the works. We are very
pleased with the results we have seen from this effective sales tool. We enjoy and employ all the advice
given to us by our mentor and we are very grateful to have access to such a service.
Having a Mentor with SCORE is like having a pep rally for your business- agitating and
antiquating the do and do nots with a splash of clash. Cohesive constructive chaos, AKA “War Room”
style teaching one on one. SCORE mentors are a great asset to the small business industry and
community. LMV Staffing is very proud to have received support from SCORE and so thankful to have a
SCORE mentor. We really believe that more entrepreneurs should take advantage of the tools for
success that they are able to provide to any business out there. We can all thrive, when we not worried
about our business doing a nose dive- thank you SCORE for supporting small businesses!
Dean has been a mentor with SCORE Pasco-Hernando since January 2019.
