- The mid-quarter publishing pause, paired with a shift in content approval workflows, was effectively managed. The data shows that SCORE chapter accounts quickly rebounded, with engagement returning to pre-pause levels.

- LinkedIn continues to be a high-performing platform for SCORE, with a 16.7% increase in local chapter followers and an exceptional 11.6% engagement rate in Q2, well above industry benchmarks (3-5%).

Genius Search Pilot Impact:
- Early results from the Genius Search AI pilot show gains in discoverability and other key local search metrics. Pilot chapters saw a 20% increase in Google Business Profile leads, outpacing non-pilot chapters who averaged 14.7% lead growth.
