Chapter Chairs are one of the most critical roles to SCORE as they guide our chapters in our mission to serve small business needs throughout the country. This orientation course provides an overview and guidance to the various responsibilities of this position. All new Chapter Chairs are encouraged to watch these modules, but existing chairs may find these beneficial as well. Our thanks to Karen Williams (Washington, DC) and Tom Hughes (Seattle) for the creation and refinement of this content over the past 4 years.

There will be review sessions organized on a quarterly basis where Chapter Chairs can meet other chairs, get their questions answered, and share good practices. These sessions will be announced in newsletters and the monthly Field Leadership webinars.
