Client Spotlight - Cindy Clipp

When Cindy Clipp was thinking about starting her real estate business she recognized that there were a myriad of startup issues, so she contacted Mid-Maryland SCORE, which is comprised of volunteer businesspersons who have extensive experience in providing free professional assistance to small businesses. Randy Reardon, a Certified SCORE Mentor, helped her sort through the startup issues, including evaluating her strengths and weaknesses, creating a business plan, and determining a marketing strategy. After developing her marketing plan and starting to develop her listings she made her first sale! Hooray!
