Engage Release Notes - December 16, 2020
The following enhancements in SCORE Engage will be made available on 12/16/2020. In this release, the below changes will be available to all active users: · Enhancements · A new reminder email is sent to the mentor if a case was not accepted within 24 hours. · A new reminder email is sent to the CIC when a case is reassigned to the chapter after 72 hours. · An alert email to update the client about their pending case 72 hours after their initial submit date. · A new reminder email sent to the CIC 48 hours after a client request is unassigned or declined by a mentor. · The Champion and Ambassador options added to the positions field on the affiliation record. · The ability to schedule virtual appointments through the Engage scheduling tool.

Engage Update
On-Demand Training Webinars
On-Demand training webinars are now available on the Support Center. These role-based videos describe in detail the various administrative positions in Engage and demonstrate how to complete the key tasks required of each respective position.
There are also quick How To videos illustrating logging in to the system, overview of the home page, and the roles of Interviewer and Coach.

Content in each of these videos will be updated as related enhancements to the system are made available.
