One SCORE means: Standardization and consistency to achieve quality and efficiency.
It is our promise that the entirety of SCORE will work together so that:
- Consistent experience for clients
- More volunteers having time spent in mentoring rather than administration
- Best allocation of people and resources
- Consistent level of quality across all SCORE services
- Efficiencies at local and national level
- Enables Collaboration with other mentors across all chapters
- Can roll out campaigns, processes more easily (less change management)
- And it's seamless.
Ultimately, we want to be able to serve our clients no matter what they need, where/how they want to, and when they want to receive it. We are all in this together with the goal of helping our clients achieve their success and ensuring that our volunteers are fully satisfied and engaged in their efforts to support our clients.
