First and foremost, thank you for all of the work you have done in planning and preparing your chapters for the transition from CORE to the new Engage system. As you may know, we are in regular contact with the field through surveys, listening sessions, and our general feedback loop regarding this effort. We have been receiving and processing that feedback as it relates to Engage, the business policies it was built to support, and how COVID-19 has impacted chapter operations. We hear you. And it is for these reasons that we have decided to temporarily pause the Engage roll-out.
During this time, SCORE HQ plans to make changes to the roll-out effort itself and to push some of the highest priority enhancements to the system in order to address your concerns and to position our team to better support you and the field through this transition.
We will notify you of the specific changes made and the new roll-out schedule by July 6, 2020. In the meantime, please feel free to contact us at Engage@score.org or directly at Bridget.Weston@score.org.
