SCORE Cleveland SWAT Team and COVID resource list for clients

SCORE Cleveland identified mentors with financial CPA experience, who love detail and can 'sort the wheat from the chaff' on COVID/CARES resources. They created a google group covid30@scorevolunteer.org to collaborate.

The Chapter 30 COVID SWAT team daily curates the latest list of Federal, Ohio, and local COVID/CARES resources for clients into a shared Google Doc which mentors can then share via email to a new client. They also re-publish weekly updates to all clients via Constant Contact. Some local partner organizations have been posting the resource list directly onto their websites. 

This research and support has received very positive feedback in client NPS survey remarks. The resource list has been re-published by NEO partner organizations as the "best, most succinct resource guide" available.
