SCORE seeks chapters committed to SCORE’s mission and strategic goals. The purpose of this chapter annual review process is to review the present and recent past chapter operations and chapter management to evaluate the sustainability of chapter operations and deliverability of SCORE’s client service initiatives.
SCORE’s best chapters deliver the performance and quality outcomes that are fundamental to SCORE’s success across three key elements: Clients, Volunteers, and Local Communities. In addition, to assure longer-term viability, these best chapters also demonstrate Sustainability.
At the beginning of each fiscal year, district leadership should start to plan annual chapter reviews using the SOSR Form 16 here.
Chapters that meet minimum standards and qualify for any/all of the additional standards can achieve chapter recognition that year.

Note: Point Scale for above award levels was determined after testing on varied chapters which have a historical record of being Excellent, Very Good, Good, Below Par. Point Scales for some individual items have been defined to differentiate top 10%, top 25%, top 50%, top 75%, and bottom 25%. Intent is to make point scales chapter-size neutral to the extent feasible.
Congrats to SCORE's outstanding Platinum chapters! If your chapter achieved Platinum status, we encourage you to promote your success.
