When you receive a request or assignment:
“Type of Client” will be listed as “face-to-face”
“Preferred Method of Communication” will be “Video” (This is how you will know it is a video client)
When recording your session in CORE:
Communication prior to the first video mentoring session – record as NON-SESSION
Send scheduling email or call within 48 hours of receiving the request to schedule the video mentoring session at the convenience of you and the client.
How do I create the non-session notes when I have sent coordinating emails:
- Select Create Session
- Select Mentoring Type: Video
- Select Session Type: Non-Session
- Contact Hours: 0
- Session notes: Enter any notes., ie. “Sent email to coordinate video call time” or copy and paste the email you sent
