There are many tasks that need to be completed each month to some of these are mandated by our charter and some are important to serve the mission of SCORE.
Below is an example of some of the task items from the checklist that should happen each month.
- Show PSA videos, read NPS feedback on excellent performance, and recognize volunteers
- Ensure all client services and volunteer data is accurately entered by the end of the month.
- Monitoring CNYC List
- Reviewing dashboard metrics
- Reviewing NPS Survey Details and contacting clients that rated our services at a 5 or less
- Report all government relations activities. See reporting info at end of document.
- Register and attend the Monthly Field Leadership
- Webinars. The registration links are sent in the Leader
- Update emails.
