SCORE Engage Chapter Roles
Engage Facilitator
Estimated time commitment: 2-4 hours per week
The Engage Facilitator's role will include:
- Communicate Engage information to your chapter in a timely manner.
- Prepare your chapter for the new business policies and processes being introduced with SCORE Engage.
- Prepare adequately to serve as an information resource for your chapter.
- Work with your chapter's Engage Training Coordinator as well as a Volunteer Trainer assigned by the SCORE HQ. In addition, you can also reach out to our Engage Training Specialist, Khrisna Murphy, on any issues or concerns related to your chapter's Engage training.
Engage Training Coordinator
Estimated time commitment: 2-4 hours per week
SCORE Engage Training Coordinator Role:
- Help chapter leaders to connect with learning opportunities related to business policy and process
- Orient chapter members to the right training opportunities for their roles
- Encourage use of the in-system help mechanisms for access to training, knowledge resources, and direct support
- Coordinate site visit (if the chapter will be receiving a site visit)
Please note: The Engage Training Coordinator role does not include the direct delivery of training to chapter members. Training for chapter members will be provided by SCORE Headquarters. Additional training can be provided by the Volunteer Trainer assigned to your chapter/district.
