SCORE Engage (our brand-new CRM system replacing CORE) will start to roll out to chapters beginning with a group of early adopters this Spring. Rollout will continue through June of 2021. (To see the schedule overview, click here). One of the critical components to the success of the use of the system is to ensure adequate, consistent and helpful training. This Training Overview infographic serves as a quick reference guide outlining the plan for training, including the roles being dedicated to this critical effort and training methods we will employ to ensure chapter volunteers will feel comfortable using the system.
