1. Login to CORE using the instructions here.
2. If client is assigned to you, click View My Active Clients or View Clients Not Yet Counseled on the Volunteer Side of the CORE home page.
If client is not assigned to you, hover over the Clients tab and click Chapter Clients or National Clients.
3. Select “All” from the Client Status drop down to search both active AND inactive clients.
4. Enter info in the Name or Email field, then click Search.
5. Click the Create Session button next to the client listing.
6. Fill in the required fields and enter notes from the session.
7. If creating notes or noting that the client has not responded to scheduling, select Non- Session from the Session Type.
8. Click Save.
