Once you've had your first session with a Mentor, you will receive a survey shortly after your session. This survey will be sent to your email used with SCORE.
If you happen to receive a "Please review your SCORE Mentor" survey but have not met with your SCORE Mentor, please complete the survey after you've met with your SCORE Mentor.
The survey will take you about 1 minute to complete!

improve our service. Our Client Satisfaction Survey results are
reviewed continuously at all levels in SCORE.
