Your unwavering commitment has significantly shaped and sustained our chapter through various challenges and transformations. For more than a decade, you have served as the linchpin holding the chapter together amidst numerous leadership changes. Your steadfast leadership and consistent presence have been invaluable to our organization. Your contributions extend far beyond your official titles. As the leader of the Workshop Program, your hands-on approach and attention to detail have ensured that workshops ran smoothly and effectively. You also managed an array of critical tasks including the assignment of MREs and the meticulous preparation of session notes for SCORE mentors. In addition, your role in onboarding new members through interviews and coaching has had a profound impact on their integration and success within your chapter. Your dedication in this area has fostered a supportive and enriching environment for both new and existing mentors. Until a few months ago, you also managed the client and volunteer intake functions, demonstrating your commitment and versatility...your decision to remain an active part of the chapter is a testament to your enduring passion for SCORE.
