This chart serves as a quick look at the aggregate performance of all chapter social media channels supported by the program. Supported channels include Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Business Profile.
Key program highlights:

Local LinkedIn company pages experienced notable fan growth, with an increase exceeding 17% since January 2023.
- These pages also achieved the highest engagement rate among all supported channels, with an average engagement rate of 6.8%.

With a 5.3% engagement rate, SCORE local Facebook content is performing well above the 2.5% industry benchmark.
