-
61% of chapters rank in the Google Business Profile local 3-pack for the “Business Management Consultant” search term on desktop.
- A recent SOCi audit of 300 large multi-location brands showed that only 23% ranked in the top 3 search results for their industry. Though relative to these standards 61% is strong, we've seen a dip in this metric over the past year and will begin testing solutions in Q2 and beyond.
-
76% of all content across core social channels was the baseline Hiper-produced content.
- Although a growing number of chapters are contributing content at the local level, chapters continue to rely on the program’s provided baseline content. We have made significant progress in training volunteers on the SOCi platform and there are now 413 local chapter SOCi users.
