In Fiscal Year 2023 the following District Leaders went above and beyond to test centralized services at the District Level for Volunteer Onboarding, Client Mentoring, and Client Workshops & Education. Their findings led to a better understanding of what pieces of the process could be done more collaboratively as One SCORE, and what other parts of the process may need to remain truly local to the community.

We then divided up into committees mixed with staff, National Advisory Committees, and District volunteers who have been successful in their centralized tests, to together come up with the processes we should test in FY24.
