The Q4 FY23 Workshop Boosting Pilot aims to quantify the impact of Facebook content boosts in the week prior to local workshops, and provide a more affordable and scaleable option for chapters looking for broader exposure for their workshops.
How it Works:
Up to 9 promotional workshop posts will be boosted for each of the 10 participating chapters over the course of the pilot. Each post will receive a budget of $10 per day for the 7 days leading up to the workshop date. The posts will be created by Hiper as weblink posts directly from score.org registration pages.
The benefits of this approach that merit testing include:
- Content boosts can be viewed from within the SOCi platform, building on the existing SCORE Chapter Social Media Program.
- This approach more affordably focuses support in the final week, which creates a sense of urgency to convert and potentially, a greater likelihood to attend.
How Were Chapters Selected:
● Chapter conducts, on average, at least 4 workshops per month published on score.org website.
● Chapter is not currently running Hiper-managed workshop campaigns.
● Chapters were selected to provide broad District representation.
How Will Success Be Measured:
● Impressions, Reach, Engagements, ERR
● Overall workshop average attendance (% change vs. prior period)
