Engage Release Notes - April 19, 2021

The following enhancements in SCORE Engage will be available on 4/19/2021. In this release, the below changes will be available to all active users:

• Enhancements
• Add rich text capability to the event long description field
• Add image upload capability to the event creation flow
• Create sharing rules multiple affiliation CIC's and VIC's
• Exclude client record lookups when a volunteer record is created

• Bug Fixes
• Zoom attendance errors
• Hours not saved on record when adding a session
• Allow reassignment to the same mentor even if the mentor declined the case
• Errors when submitting event surveys
• Post-event notification not sent to the chapter chair
