Black Technology Mentorship Program (BTMP)

SCORE Northeast NY has begun a partnership with The Black Technology Mentorship Program (BTMP): A mentor mentee program that inspires, educates, and brings underserved Black communities into technology.

Charlie Newman, Chapter Chair states: "My concept of using BTMP is to refer a SCORE client to them if a SCORE mentor thinks that BTMP can provide greater value to the client.  This concept is no different when a SCORE mentor will refer a SCORE client to a CPA, attorney, etc. for professional guidance.  It will be up to the client to follow through."
