Audience: Provisional Volunteers
Introduction
Now that you've been accepted as a provisional volunteer, you should have received the Email messages, Welcome to SCORE Engage and about your new Google Account for SCORE. The provisional period lasts 90 days and it is during this time that you should complete all onboarding requirements.
In addition, a provisional volunteer is also assigned a coach to guide them through the social and technical hurdles of becoming part of the team. And a coach is a chapter member who is dedicated to guiding a provisional volunteer throughout the onboarding process.
In this guide, you'll learn how to log in to Engage using your new Google Account for SCORE. This guide will also walk you through how to track and complete your onboarding requirements as a provisional volunteer.

How to Login to Engage
1) Login by opening a browser and type in: https://score.force.com/s/ or you can also go to the National SCORE site at https://www.score.org/ and click Volunteer Log In. Then, select Log In to Engage.
2) In the SCORE Engage log in screen, click the Sign in with Google button.
3) If you are already logged into your personal SVO account, you will be taken right into Engage.
Note: If you are not logged into your personal SVO account, you will be prompted to do so. If you have multiple Google accounts, you will need to select your personal SVO account from the list to proceed with logging into Engage.
How to Access the Onboarding Requirements and Status
2) From the Engage homepage, select My Onboarding Requirements.
3) The Onboarding Requirements and Status page will show you an overview of your training classification, the coach assigned to you and their contact info, and all the training requirements you will need to complete.
Note: Look out for the Required/Not Complete flag on a field.
How to Access the Online Training
Your training requirements are based on the classification you've selected on your application. You can also work with your Coach to identify any additional roles you would like to serve in. Based on that role, your training modules will be adjusted to satisfy the requirements needed for that role.
2) From the Engage Homepage, select Access Online Learning from the right column. This will redirect you to our SCORE Training portal developed by Interactyx Limited.
Note: If you encounter any issue opening the online learning page, please check out How to Disable Common Pop-up Blockers.
3) Select My Courses from the left menu.
4) Click the Register or Start button to access a course. For any completed course, the green button will show Completed.
5) On the next page, select the course on the left column to view or start the module. Note that required items are marked with a red asterisk on this page.
6) Follow the prompts on the training module to complete it.
How to View My Completed Training Courses
There are two ways you can view the online training courses that you've completed.
1) First is by accessing the My Completed Courses link from the Engage homepage.
This will show you a list view of all your Complete Courses.
OR
2) Another way is to look at the training reports from the Training portal. If you're already on the online learning page starting/completing your training modules, you can select My Reports from the left menu.
The reports page will show you a transcript of the courses you've completed. This is also where you can print a certification of completion for any of the training courses if you need to keep a hard copy for yourself or if your chapter requires it.
How to View Co-Mentoring Sessions - For Mentor Classification Only
2) From the Engage Homepage, select My Co-Mentoring.
3) Click View to access the record of a co-mentoring session.
4) Your co-mentoring hours are shown under Session Hours Picklist. Only the lead mentor (usually, this is your coach) is able to edit the hours under the Hour Tracking section so contact them directly if the entry on any of the fields is incorrect. To see the session details, click the session id (S-XXXXXX).
5) From the session details page, you have an option to add a note (this note does not constitute creating a mentoring session). Click the New Note button on the top right.
