Based on SCORE’s experience with Real-Time Mentoring during the early months of the coronavirus pandemic, we have piloted an exciting, new program in February. We will offer LiveChat to clients as a next-generation method of receiving direct support from SCORE mentors online.
The new LiveChat feature is integrated into score.org, enabling a more seamless experience for the client in engaging with the SCORE website and our services. During the pilot period, we will offer LiveChat 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays, 2-5 pm ET).
We have selected nine beta mentors to establish a solid launch of the LiveChat program. However, we would like additional mentors to fill the remaining seats. We have a limited number of seats, but we would love to have more mentors join on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are a few requirements we ask interested mentors to fulfill:
- Must be tech-savvy
- Have a high Net Promoter Score (NPS),
- Open availability on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays between 2-5 pm ET
- Be willing to review the training webinars provided (3.5 hours)
- Participate in a 1-1 dry run practice session.
