When a SCORE client requests mentoring, we say in the client’s Engage confirmation email:

How often do we actually do what we say?

Top Cleveland SCORE mentor and small business entrepreneur Reverend Patricia DeLeon does that 100% of the time. 

She applies her own special recipe of ‘agile mentoring’ to always help her clients within 2 weeks of their request. Her median time-to-first-session is 2.5 days. She is a high-volume and high-NPS mentor. She runs her own business and is highly engaged in other community activities.

Reverend DeLeon is also a key contributor to chapter-wide initiatives. She is very knowledgeable of players and resources in the Cleveland small business entrepreneurial ecosystem.
