Calendar Project Information for Non-Pilot Chapters

Which chapters are participating in the Calendar Pilot Project?

Can other chapters interested in using a calendar do so?

Yes. Chapters or individual volunteers who are not a part of the pilot are still eligible to use one of the SCORE approved calendars. 

What is the process for non-pilot chapters to use the scheduling tool?

After reviewing all of the information provided on the Support Center, interested volunteers or chapters can submit the Calendar Solution Request form for non-pilot chapters. You may be contacted by a member of our team to get some additional information which may be required depending on which solution you opt to use. 

*Please note that new licenses for paid options (DaySmart and Calendly) are processed on a monthly basis. 

Once your license(s) are procured, we will work to connect you with a dedicated customer success manager (Calendly, DaySmart)  who will work closely with you to customize and schedule your training and onboarding. For Google calendar, SCORE HQ will provide that service directly.  No matter which option you select, the SCORE HQ calendar team and support team is prepared to support you throughout implementation and adoption.

When can other chapters use this option? 

Chapters can use the scheduling tool when it goes live in early 2023.  The field will be available to all users. Please make sure to review the guides found here to ensure that these fields are utilized effectively: Calendar Pilot Project
