When viewing this report, the following data is available:

12/14/16: In October 2016, SCORE restructured all CORE data into a new Data Warehouse. This Data Warehouse contains only vetted, accurate data. Using this database, we are rebuilding management reports, one by one, to ensure all reports deliver accurate data.
The first reports using this data are the Dashboard Performance and Clients Not Yet* Reports. The National and District Client Services Reports, aka MIS Reports, were released December 14. We plan to release the Chapter-level MIS report by the end of December. Thank you for your patience.
- Dashboard and MIS report data now matches.
- Face to Face and Email mentoring sessions are no longer separated into distinct columns. A future report will break these and other mentoring channels into their own metrics.
- Mentoring hours have been removed. These will be available on the Volunteer Performance Report.
- Workshop Attendee Hours have been added to reflect the changing nature of our workshops. Many run more than one hour or have more than one session. This metric captures the total training time.
- National Workshop Attendees will be added in a future release of the MIS reports, such that chapters get credit for local clients who attend workshops.
- Active Volunteers represents the number of volunteers who were Active or Provisional during the selected time period. This includes volunteers who transitioned to Inactive or Dropped.
- The month highlighting on the MIS reports is inconsistent and will be removed in a future release.
12/05/16: In October 2016, SCORE restructured all CORE data into a new Data Warehouse. This Data Warehouse contains only vetted, accurate data. Using this database, we are rebuilding management reports, one by one, to ensure all reports deliver accurate data.
The first reports using this data are the Dashboard Performance and Clients Not Yet Reports. The MIS report is in its final round of acceptance testing. We plan to release this report the week of December 4. Thank you for your patience.
